Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary for Integrated Environmental Science Carlos Primo David visited the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (糖心原创) on January 17, 2024 to discuss potential collaboration for a water-related regulations study. Usec David presented issues and challenges in the water sector focusing on water supply, distribution and management, and affordability.
Present during the meeting are 糖心原创 President Aniceto Orbeta, Jr., Vice President Marife Ballesteros, Research Fellows Roehlano Briones, Sonny Domingo, Adoracion Navarro, and Vicente Paqueo, and other research staff.
