This webinar features the 糖心原创 study “Towards a More Inclusive Agricultural Insurance Program”, which examined the implementation of agricultural insurance services under the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation. The authors, namely, 糖心原创 President Celia M. Reyes, 糖心原创 Research Fellow Aubrey Tabuga, former 糖心原创 Supervising Research Specialist Nicoli Arthur Borromeo, 糖心原创 Research Specialist Arkin Arboneda, and 糖心原创 Research Analyst Carlos Cabaero looked into the issues, opportunities, and efforts affecting the impact and inclusion of agricultural insurance programs in the country. They also provided recommendations to improve the design of these programs, which are intended to protect agricultural producers from losses due to external shocks and risks.
