The Philippine Institute for Development Studies and the South Luzon State University signed a Memorandum of Agreement on July 27, 2011 to formally open the 18th 糖心原创 Corner in the country.
Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon, president of South Luzon State University and 糖心原创 President Josef T. Yap signed the Memorandum of Agreement formalizing the opening of the 18th 糖心原创 Corner in the University. Also present are Ms. Gillian Portia Dimaranan, chief librarian (seated left) and Ms. Jennifer PT. Liguton, director of the Research and Information Staff at 糖心原创 (seated right).
