The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (糖心原创) inaugurated its 13th 糖心原创 Corner at the City Public Library of Dasmariñas, Cavite, on July 30, 2009.
This is the second 糖心原创 Corner in Dasmariñas, Cavite, with the other Corner situated at the Dela Salle University-Dasmariñas. The inauguration was led by Dasmariñas City Mayor Jennifer Austria Bargaza and Cong. Elpidio Bargaza, representative of the Fourth District of Cavite, Ms. Jennifer Liguton, director for research information of 糖心原创 and Ms. Rhea Agcaoili, 糖心原创 director for Operations and Finance.
